Management Bios
Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) has a ten-member Board
of Directors, with participation from both the Private and
Government sectors.
Day-to-day company operations are
managed by a staff of managers with extensive experience in the
shipbuilding industry.

SHEMMARI
Chairman
Homaid Al Shemmari is the Chairman of
Abu Dhabi Ship Building, an Abu Dhabi subsidiary of Mubadala. Prior
to joining Mubadala, Homaid Al Shemmari was a Lieutenant Colonel in
the UAE Armed Forces in the areas of military aviation,
maintenance, procurement and logistics.
MOHAMED SALEM
AL-JUNAIBI
Chief Executive Officer
Mohamed Joined ADSB in 2005 and is
responsible for overall management of the Company.
RICHARD TURNER,
FCCA
Chief Financial Officer
Richard joined ADSB in 2010 and is
responsible for all financial and commercial interests of the
company. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and has worked in a broad range of industrial
sectors.

Vice President, Human Resources
Rabea joined ADSB in 2002 and is
responsible for all Human Resources and Administration.

Saeed joined ADSB in 2008 and is
responsible for all Materials Purchasing, Contracts & Logistics
for Commercial, Naval vessels for the Company as well as IT.

Director of Engineering
Mohamed joined ADSB in 2011 and is
responsible for Engineering, Planning, Quality & Safety and
Facilities & Maintenance.

Director of Sales
Mike joined ADSB in 2007 and is
responsible for UAE and export sales to the G.C.C states for Naval,
Para-Military & Commercial Vessels.

Director Programs
Iqbal joined ADSB in 2005 and is
responsible for all the Programs undertaken at ADSB and ILS, Test
& Trials and Combat System Sections at ADSB.
